For chest, I'd recommend flys (with cables, and dumbbells), chest press (barbell or dumbbells), and I'd avoid dips (because they fucking suck).
For abs, well, you know the drill. You're going to need a mat, though some gyms have the ab rotation machine.

In my country there was a big goverment campaign regarding health and fitness and they payed a lot of nutrisionists to give out a free estimate of health and body composition. I got perfect blood results and shit like 90-92% of my weight to be muscle. Probably that shit is not accurate at all but it was free. Maybe it has something to do with that.
