If youre talking about a barbell you need to lift more. If youre talking about dumbbells then youre fat and need to eat less

It's not just that OP has no triceps. His biceps start like halfway up his arm. He's got shit insertions and is somehow proud of it.

I'm not even typically a jerk about such things, because I know OP can't help where his muscles are attached to his bones, but he seems completely oblivious and arrogant, besides.

Maybe at worst you look like a wristlet and idk if the watch makes it better or worse. You could also benefit from a bigger peak, a solid flexed bicep almost reaching the top of the shoulders would be 10/10

My barbell bicep curl has been stalled at 75 pounds for ever.
How the hell do I fix this? Switch to dumbbells?
What am I doing wrong? Am I maybe having too much weight at the lower end (just the bar) so that when I get to the heaviest (the bar with 15 on each side) I've already worn myself out too much?

Do you mean like warming up from just the bar to 15 on the sides? That's a lot of warming up if the problem is wearing yourself out too much.

Most likely the actual problem is your brachialis and brachioradialis are too weak.
