There isn't really anything in there that's bad, unless you are trying to control your sugar intake, but it's a unbalanced meal sized portion of one kind of food, so it could be a lot better with some cruciferous vegetables, fish or eggs, and like 3 other people to share it with.

Maybe some bread or potato if you want some starches.

Serious question is fruit necessary? I get all my carbs from oats, rice, cereal, etc. occasionally bananas and apples, the problem is i constantly feel tired. Is it true that there are essential vitamins that can only be found in fruit?
