by being natural
If he was natural, he wouldn't come close to squatting almost everyday, at such heavy weights, at those sort of weights.
What are you trying to say exactly?
Anadrol
we both got dubs, opposite ends of the dub spectrum. Why don't you tell me, neo?
>Why don't you tell me
He isn't natty, sadly.
clarence is unironicallly on steds
this is why he never competes in anything other than lolfeds
>Be natural
>Love squats
>Only can squat a max of 160kg
>I squat 3x a week, at 150kg 3x5
>Destroys me for other lifts
The 3rd day, is fucking hard as fuck. I'm going to go down to 2 days now because it feels like it's destroying my back and joints. There is no way, he can squat 240kg 5x5 multiple times a week.
It's fucking impossible. Your CNS would be completely shot.
Also lets not forget he goes literally ATG every rep as well.
>>Only can squat a max of 160kg
>>I squat 3x a week, at 150kg 3x5
your max isn't 160
I squat alone, 160kg is all i am man enough to try. Call me a pussy or not, but that's my max.
1rm is generally used as a theoretical number
It turns out that the more you train the more you can train.
>Your CNS would be completely shot.
lol, this lingo is so 2017.. get with the times
obviously Clarence isn't natty but it's definitely possible to do way more volume than you're doing drug free
maybe you need to eat more or some shit
he train from child
Clarence has had surgery twice, is 27 but looks 35 and is on heavy roids.
Also he's a god.
>race-mixing is ba-
shit calves
your programming is retarded
so is clarence's, though, he's just a genetic anomaly (most important factor) on a boatload of gear who has trained from child
How does CNS fatigue work? Obviously when you break down muscles, they're fatigued because they're literally damaged, but what about the nervous system? Does that get damaged only to grow back bigger and stronger in the same way? Do experienced lifters have swole nerves?
I hate squats
I just do 3x5+ with 2 plates every other traning and that's it.
Your body adapts when you add frequency. Thats why people who have leg days have hard doms
He used to squat daily as a natural, made tons of progress, but also crippled himself for life and now has to deal with constant pain.
Pretty sure you could do 180.
3x5 memes aside, at this weight you should look into the russian squat program (3xweek) or if you're suicidal, smolov (4xweek).
Godspeed.
Yeah, he had a pretty bad knee injury. But still, he's cleaning 227,5kg. So his recovery must be amazing.
Also, olympic weightlifting + tricking/sprinting/bodyweight is the GOAT
t. weak, shit looking faggot
If you can do 150x5 im guessing your actual max is 170 - 180
>>Never fatigued
>>Squats 200kg+ on the daily
>>No muscle soreness
>>No CNS fatigue
it's volume and training to failure that fucks you up. looking through his videos: 200kg squat is something like 70% of his maximum so he could easily squat 200kg daily, forever
My max squat is only 160kgs but I do squat virtually every day in my weightlifting training. Never above three reps per set though so the overall volume isn't very high. I can't even remember the last time I had DOMS or felt CNS fatigued. Last time I felt fatigued was after a heavy deadlift.
>No CNS fatigue
Pretty easy if most of your volume is RPE8. I only do a single set each of heavy squats and deadlifts once per week.
started early, doesn´t do much besides the main lifts. boom. works.
>What are NS thresholds
>Not realising that the CNS is cellular in design
>That myelin sheeth needs repairing
Test and bulgarian
By not changing his routine. The body adapts to the repeated stressors applied to it. As for no delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), this could possibly be explained by pain gate theory. This is a phenomenon that significantly reduces DOMS due to the nerves only recently experiencing inflammation before hand.
>Love squats
lmao most boring lift in existence
conventional dead twice a week crew
