Talking to me about how healthy and good she’s been (fucking liar) and used it as an excuse to get beer bottles and said “FUCK IT IVE BEEN GOOD I DONT CARE!” She has no sense of responsibility and she told me her dr said her low iron levels are ruining her heart (yeah dumbass can’t be the morbid obesity, smoking, irregular binging and starving hmmm...)
She won’t stop overeating and won’t exersise enough and won’t eat fruit, she smokes and neglects her iron pill medicine, pretends to have allergies to gluten/grains/dairy/carbs/sugar, doesn’t drink enough water etc.
Her celiac test came back negative.

I remember when I was at my heaviest, approaching 300 pounds, I was out and about and eating a sandwich at a bus stop, and this old foreign lady walked up to me and said "You need to stop eating, you're already too fat". Changed my fucking life, I mean everyone I know already told me I was fat, but to have a complete stranger come up and say this out of the fucking blue, like seriously, she actually crossed the road to come and tell me that, and then crossed back over to go back to whatever she was doing, that was what really gave me the jolt I needed. That was like ten years ago now, I'd probably have died of a heart attack if not for that old woman, fuck, to think of it, she's probably dead now... But she'll live on in my heart. Like, she wasn't even malicious or anything, I still remember it, she had a genuine warm smile and spoke with a tone of voice that told me she actually cared. A fucking saint that lady was.
