I listened to some Daroosh livestreams recently and I bet his book is honest but probably misleading. His negativity, hipocrisy and blackpillism probably leaked to his book. In the video where he presents the book, he says that some chapters are "here are 5 easy steps to fuck a girl"-tier of advice. These are not necessarily bad but very away from the quality of other manosphere content. After reading Rollo's book and other redpill patricians works, those kind of books seems dumb.

I'm about to read Models, so no opinion so far. The book by Todd seems more legit, he does good work, he's not anymore part of the RSD larping and don't pretend to redpill people. He's my main source of PUA material, you just need to evade some bluepill thinking (i.e. think for yourself).

ROK is full of clickbait articles that never go deep in any subject, might be useful to attract attention but is shit blog.

the whole premise of PUA culture is false because it assumes that it's normal for men to be cold-approaching random strangers and picking up girls at bars and clubs and such. This is just a myth propagated by media and reinforced by PUA stuff. It's a false reality. The vast majority of men DO NOT have any success at all with this stuff, but PUA starts off by making you as an individual believe that you are malfunctioned and inferior for not being able to do this, even though only like the top ~5% (ie, Chads) actually have any success in random hookup culture.

They completely ignore the fact that the majority of normal well-adjusted people make relationships through mutual friends and shared social situations like work/school/church/clubs/etc. If your goal is to get a girlfriend, you're barking up the wrong tree listening to their premises. Hell, they even tell you to just ignore building any platonic friendships with people (especially women), even though doing so will build your social circle, make you less of a shut-in recluse, and help you ORGANICALLY end up meeting women with mutual attraction.
