>creatine isn't worth implementing into a diet
>increased risk of hair loss, wasted money, needless extra sweeteners and calories, higher chance of dehydration due to water retention in muscles
>all for a couple more reps

A strict workout routine isn't necessary as long as you are pushing yourself to the point where you are sore the mext day

High carb diets are superior for muscle growth, high fat diets are inferior and pushed by retards on TRT and caffeine addiction.

If you can't run, you've failed as a human being. It doesn't matter how swole you are.

>incresed hair loss

That is a MEME.

>needless extra sweeteners and calories
What creatine are you buying?

>hair loss
no
>wasted money
It's very cheap
>needless extra sweeteners
It tastes fine, pussy
>calories
Negligible
>higher chance of dehydration due to water retention in muscles
Drink more water BUDDEH

The 1g protein per lb bodyweight is a joke and anything over 100g is more than enough.

Do you think Olympic weightlifters are sore from squatting? They squat 4+ times a week (and more kg than you)

That's not controversial though.

Actually someone who is on trt wouldn't need all the extra fat since he would get his hormones externally

exogenous steroids improve glycogen retention and nitrogen retention, things that are worsened on low carb diets.
steroids also improve mood and energy levels, which are worsened in low carb diets.
I have literally never seen or heard about any low carb guru who isn't addicted to caffeine or other stimulants either.

>100g is enough
post body
not memeing or hating, honestly want to see what body one can get on low-moderate protein intake

5 months cut from 220-180. Protein usually 100-130g, I don't think I'm big by any means, but I absolutely did not lose muscle and gained strength across the board.

I'm basically DYEL standards right now but the point of high protein was to prevent muscle loss, and I lost no muscle on a fairly steep cut.

Bulking now so protein is obviously way higher, but if you have to worry about protein on a bulk you're doing it wrong

gotta give the low energy point to you. I always feel like shot on lowcarb. When I bump up the carbs just a little bit, I instantly feel better. Why is the body like this

nice transformation brah

>>incresed hair loss
Who are you quoting? Because I never said that.

If you are gentically prone to hair loss, creatine is likely to cause it to be early onset.

Soreness the next day is not necessarily a good indicator of intensity.

What exercises did you do for abs?

At time of pic literally none. As of now I do landmines, briefcase carry and planks. Front squats could count I guess since a weak core means no lift

this. op is a fucking dyel

>no
Yes
>It's very cheap
It's still wasted money regardless of how cheap it is
>It tastes fine, pussy
I didn't say anything about how it tastes. Extra sweeteners and sugars in your diet are harmful to insulin levels
>Negligible
DYEL mentality. Were the calories negligible when you ate those chips because "I deserve a cheat meal"
>Drink more water
Not everyone is willing to guzzle down water all day for a bloated body

Of course an elite Olympian at the peak of human fitness is going to have a different routine than most people. I never claimed a strict routine wasn't necessary for those standards.

Tell that to the majority of Jow Forums who thinks any cardio activity is a waste of time

t. Newbie
DOMS decline after a while, in general

what kind of pussy creatine are you taking?

Just take some pure creatine monohydrate.

no sweeteners or what so ever.
you're from america, right?

cheesus, save our souls.

ffs

Looking good brah, you must have good elastin to not have any loose skin

There's having an opinion and then there is just being flat out wrong OP. Learn the difference you uneducated nigger

Why are you so angry? Did I strike a nerve?

It seems like I have great genetics everywhere except for hair. Shits receding hard on one side, probably going to shave before I even turn 30

Body does best with carbs, I don't hate on people who are doing low carb diets out of personal preference, I don't even hate on people that claim these diets are superior, I just hate on the gurus who spread this nonsense that low carb diets are superior for energy, building muscle, etc. when they are not.
I have tried low carb and keto diets myself over and over again, once for almost 4 months straight, the instant I go back to a moderate-high carb intake my mood and libido noticeably improve(even when I was on the low carb koolaid so I don't think it's just placebo).
My muscles also feel fuller on carbs, everything is improved.
You look better than I thought you would, not gonna lie.
Definitely not jacked but you are lean and have muscle to show.
Personally have thought about trying out lower protein diets higher in carbs but there's always this thought on the back of my head telling me to not do it because I need to eat muh protein.

I mean I don't have anything against lots of protein, it's just more difficult to do when cutting with the food options I have. Unless you base every meal around protein intake, 180+ grams of protein is near impossible on an aggressive cut

I used to fall for the protein shake meme and get like half my protein from protein shakes in "cutting" phases so that I would get 200g+ protein daily, and I always ended up feeling like shit, didn't even seem to help at preserving muscle mass much either since I had to cut on carbs and fats dramatically.
You might have a point.

The sticky needs to be reworked

Preworkout is for the weak-willed who can't muster motivation solely through fortitude and high-test determination.

Smoking weed doesn't kill your gains. It just stagnates them alot more.

trying something similar with OMAD and protein shakes in an 8 hr window
what did you eat on this cut?

t. DYEL who just started last week.

High carb for bulk, keto for cut.

Pretty simply really.

Whatever I wanted just stayed under 1800 calories

Mentions side effects to creatine never documented
