Yes, Chad's actually live incredibly cookie cutter lives. They don't question why things are the way they are nor do they stray from where the quest arrow points them to go next. They don't pick up side quests, they don't outfit their character based on fashion souls, or anything similar to this. Instead interact using same pre-generated greetings and one liners. "What is expected of me" is what directs the Chad's AI.
The true redpill is realizing that not only is Chad an NPC but the Stacey you think you're competing for is an NPC as well. You're meant to enjoy building up your personal character and the adventures you go on as you move through life.
Recruit the female party member if you want but don't focus on such a minor aspect of the game.
