for the past 6 or so months ive pretty much eaten nothing but chocolate chips, peanuts, and milk. I will occasionally have a bagel with cream cheese if I feel like making a meal but that doesnt happen often. I think its starting to catch up to me. Been getting really bad headaches and cramps and started having blood in my shit last week (maybe unrelated). I can almost feel myself slowly dying.
Literally 80% of my diet is bread.

Everyone ITT needs to do a little intermittent fasting desu. Your body wasn't made to have constant access to food, with food constantly churning through your bowels.

I used to eat a ton of hungry mans, sweets, and drink around 9 diet mountain dews a day. Now all I eat is my once a week cheat meal, tuna, and pita chips.
