Jackson Nguyen
>tall stature >bloho is 5 ft 7 claiming 9 lol
Jackson Lee
Remember when Bloho walked around his apartment complex in body armor with a assault rifle hidden in a weapons case, while his female girlfriend filmed making cat sounds?
Eating small meals frequently teaches your body to expect food and makes you more aware of not eating enough in one sitting to truly fill yourself
Eating a single big meal a day and then fasting to the next causes your body to adjust to the fasting and not expect lots of food, while eating a big meal several hours after you wake up keeps you sated longer than if you were just eating a quarter of that at a time several times a day
Leo Mitchell
For thousands of years humans ate 1 meal per day, at night.
Once the sunlight hit, humans would wake up, drink some water, and then begin working/hunting/foraging, at the end of the day, just before nightfall, everyone would get together and eat what was hunted/foraged.
The human body is built to eat 1 meal a day this way.
Charles Jackson
No it's not. For thousands of years, humans were not autistic and particularly worried about how often they ate or how long it had been since they last ate, in fact they didn't know what fucking time it was most of the time.
Ayden Butler
>No it's not. For thousands of years, humans were not autistic and particularly worried about how often they ate or how long it had been since they last ate, in fact they didn't know what fucking time it was most of the time.
Yes they did tardboy.
If you lived outdoors you would be able to tell the time very easily.
Liam Butler
>If you lived outdoors you would be able to tell the time very easily. No you would not depending on the time of the year and latitude. I do agree that humans aren't meant to eat all the time, but dogmatically stating that we only ate once a day is just as retarded as 3 meals a day.
Caleb Roberts
Mate, people did eat once a day
For hundreds of thousands of years, people lived in small tribes. The tribes had to ration all the food they hunted/foraged and distributed at the end of the day just before nightfall.
This is how humans existed for 99.99% of human history on the fucking planet.
It was not resources were able to be stored (around 8000 years ago) did large civilizations start to be able to eat multiple times a day, and that was only in places like Egypt,Greece,China from 1000BC.
Most people on earth lived this way until 100BC.
Adrian Murphy
psychological conditioning
by eating twice a day you're hungry twice a day when it comes to the time to eat.
If you're eating 4 times a day you'll feel hungry 4 times a day.
The same psychological conditioning can apply to sleep as well.
Jason Smith
>For hundreds of thousands of years, people lived in small tribes. The tribes had to ration all the food they hunted/foraged and distributed at the end of the day just before nightfall. This is absolute nonsense you just plain made up. One kill lasts for days.
Ryan Allen
22/2 IF works well for me when i cut >literally cant eat enough to go over my daily calorie count >best and most regular poops ever >so much more time throughout the day for other activities >frequent feeding causes me IBS, not an issue with IF
my daily cut routine is >wake up 3.5 hours before i go to work >stretch and go for run (1.5-2 miles) >lift/workout for 45 minutes (begin feeding and getting ready for work) >drink post workout protein/recovery drink >eat piece of fruit with some peanut butter >cold shower, get dressed >cook/eat meal that covers my remaining daily macros
Nathan Morris
Humans did not live from one hunt to the next. They would die if they did that especially in northern europe. Believe it or not but food was stored.
Evan James
Food was not stored there until recent history.
Those people were nomads, barbarian tribes, who lived off the land, and moved from place to place.
Egyptians and Greeks had access to endless water and food and never had to move, hence why they were able to build the first civilizations.
The rest of Europe and Africa and Asia were fucking nomads moving constantly around.
Go look at the oldest civilisations on the planet there's a reason why Greeks & Egyptians still exist today as a nationality, where as 10000s of barbarbian nomad tribes came and died out through history, up until very very very recent history.
Example: Bulgarians, Turks, they were literally nomad's until the 1400s, as many other ethnicities were. They moved from place to place, relied foraging, hunting, pillaging, none of them stored food until they took over established cities and adopted that way of living.
Connor Russell
>food was not stored >what are crackers, smoked meats and pickles?!
Nathan Turner
>Greeks had access to endless water and food not everyone lives next to the sea Also I can really tell you've never been on an island in the Aegean water there is VERY limited
>The rest of Europe and Africa and Asia were fucking nomads moving constantly around. "no". Also what is freezing/burying/smoking/salting/drying
Andrew Hall
This is similar to what my routine would be if I did IF. The thing I'm scared of is getting hungry before it's time for bed. I did IF where I ate at night and it was no problem because I knew I was saving my calories for an awesome dinner. I'm worried it wont work as well for breakfast. It's really easy to not eat anything during the first half of the day, I don't get hungry till noon naturally
Jackson Lewis
Many coastal settlements also had a steady stream of food in the form of clams all summer. Other tribes foraged fruit and vegetables
William Allen
My best guess is that during the day you're more active and busy, so you don't really think about food or being hungry but at night you're probably not busy and want food almost out of boredom & actual hunger
Robert Murphy
This is why i want to smash him in the face with the butt of a rifle. There's responsible gun ownership and then there's this. This retard shouldn't be allow to carry ANY firearms EVER.

>pseudo-Darwinism

Just about every non-sedentary culture in Eurasia stayed close to rivers until the rise of pastoralism.
