I'm a fat bastard I'm 5'8 360 pounds 35 years old. I wasn't always this fat the last 100 only a few years ago. After being sent to the ER with blood pressure of 230 over 125 and they told me I was about to stoke out and die I've decided it's time for drastic weight lose.
The point of this thread is to ask how much loose skin I should expect if I drop to 170? pounds?
I'm not active and ear the worst shit. Fast food tons of coke microwave dinners the worst garbage and tones of it. But not anymore I've been eating extremely clean for 2 weeks. rolled oats apples sardines green tea water ect.
I know but I'm just as worried about being a disgusting human deflated balloon.

Start a go fund me aimed at filthy vegans. Post your progress but secretly eat meat anyway. Maybe even a youtube channel. By the end you should have money to afford any surgery to remove excess skin.

That's a good idea. I could afford to pay for something simple like a "tummy tuck" myself if I don't have too much. Most of my weight seems to be around my stomach. I've got moobs but they aren't hanging ~this is so gross to talk about~

Godspeed, fatbro. There's some evidence fasting can help with loose skin. I would also suggest meditating as this can help regulate your cardiovascular function, so hopefully you don't keel over before dropping the weight.

Brah just eat foods that are impossible to overeat, like oranges and potatoes, the most filing foods per calorie that exist. What are you going to do fatty, eat 40 fucking potatoes a day? No you're going to gorge like you always do, but this time the food will beat you before the calories do. Also pls drop soda, it's rediculously bad for you. 42g of sugar a coke. 35g is max you can eat a DAY without insulin problems.
