Well I never used to. I did SS for like 6 months or so, then kinda fucked around with random 4 day splits and now on PHUL which I've seen decent progress on.

Your torso yes, obviously you can put more muscle, but you should be proud of what you achieved.
Your legs can do waaay better, just a good 8-9 month bulk and maybe they'll catch up with your torso.

Phul is cool but I think a full body program where you train the high bar back squat 3x week and do low bar good mornings at least 2x week is superior for a guy like you. Your legs can get a lot more meat on them. as well as your upper body. Keep pressing rowing chinning.
