OP here (this will be a long post replying to everyone)
Routine- Gym 6 times a week, its been easy recently as I have had ages off for summer
Monday- Back and Biceps, DL 5x5, 4x10 wide grip pull ups, then 4x12 with cable rows, lat pull downs and machine rows, 5x12 barbell curls and 4x10 isolation curls
Tues- Leg and shoulders, 4x12 squat, hamstring curls, quad extensions and 5x20 calf press, then a 4x12 arnold press, 4x20 shrugs and 4x12 lateral raises
Wed- Chest and triceps, Start off with bench press, progressive overload comes in to play big time here, I increase the weight by 5kg when i can comfortably do 10,8,8,6. I then start it again with the new weight going 6,6,4,4,I try to increase the reps by 2 every week on any set, I then do a 4x12 incline bench with dumbells, 4x12 dips, 4x15 cable flies, 4x12 machine flies, 4x10 cable tricep extension, 3x24 tricep overhead extension (12 reps with a heavy weight sitting down, then stand up and do 12 with a much lighter weight, i use 22kg and 14kg dumbells
Thursday is the same as monday, but i do a 4x12 on deadlift with a lighter weight (80kg instead of 110)
Friday the same as tuesday
Rest saturday
Sunday same as Wednesday
Abs i do 2 a week either on back or chest days, start off doing 15 sit ups, 15 crunches, 30 sec raised kicks, cross kicks, then 15 leg raises, finish with a 30 second v sit, after a while increase the times by 15 seconds
Just over 6 months ago I was 133lbs skinny boi, after eating a LOT more, im now 153lbs
I take 6 grams of creatine daily, and 1 or 2 scoops of weigh protein, I have a good standard shake recipe if anyone is interested
Not sure how this will turn out, ,y first time posting, I know my routine is a bro split, and why would anyone do legs and shoulders on the same day, but its worked for me, good luck all :)

Hey guys, OP here again, here's my shake recipe for anyone interested
Half a gallon of water
Half a gallon of skim milk
Five pounds of boiled chicken breast
Eight scoops of unflavored MyProtein whey (has to be unflavored)
A dozen precooked scrambled or hard boiled eggs (cook them well before, and let them cool)
A few heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter
A package of beef jerky and/ or a few slim jims
I usually blend it until smooth, feel free to blend to your own desired consistency :)

Benzoyl peroxide is literally the first line of treatment for acne, besides salilcylic acid (which only affects acne indirectly), and is something that only normies with decent skin that only get a pimple here and there think works.
