Go lift heavy so you can lift heavier tomorrow. Since I’m nice I’m going to give you a basic run down of how lifting works since I can tell you’re new.
For you’re first year you should follow a program called starting strength by mark rippetoe. It is a basic program that will teach you everything you need to know about a barbell and will answer most of your questions. As for your nutrition it depends on what you’re at right now, if you’re a skinny fuck then eat everything in sight, don’t think about what you’re eating think about how much you’re eating. If you’re a fat fuck then the simplest way of saying it is eat less. Count calories through the app myfitnesspal.

Trips demands help, so first of all, stop browsing Jow Forums and try browsing here instead (it is still a shithole, but you might learn a few things and people here try to improve themselves each day, unlike Jow Forums), I recommend browsing the /sig/ threads for advice and the /qtddtot/ threads for general newbie questions. Second, sign up for the nearest gym and gor for it, there is nothing to lose but your chains. Don't be afraid to ask help from the gym staff, they are there for that. hammer curls
dumbell bench press

Same as before, 3x5 or 3x8 if lightweight.
Do this for around 3 months until you can do a decent amount of pull ups and chin ups then transition to PPL (reddit.com
