Like not just weekend alcoholic but all the time? It`s called rehab.
Usually at least 4. When I drank beer I could drink 6 or so go to bed and feel good. But with liquor I just blackout and it's been getting me in trouble.

You put an extra stone in your way but you can still have 5 days of healthy training and rest. You also keep your test level under it`s possibilities but not constantly.

I've been there bro. Trust me, drinking a lot every day and trying to achieve gainz will not work in the long run. You're going to have to either cut back or cut it out completely. You could still get away with getting hammered once or twice per week or drinking 1-2 drinks every day and see results. Anything more than that and you're just wasting your time.
Intermittent fasting. Meme or no I found I drink way less when I had to worry about my body prioritizing protein over alcohol when I had an 6 hour eating window.
Preciously I was basically a functional drunk, being single in the military is it so easy, but now I hardly think about alcohol.
What do you mean extra stone? I noticed I train just as hard the day after and I do get my gains. I can't tell if they're delayed or not but who cares? Its like I need that 5mm bicep enlargement for the next day.

there's some proof that once your liver is acclimated to your fucked up lifestyle the calories from alcohol don't even count towards weight loss (that's the alcohol calories, NOT the sugar calories) and anecdotally i can tell you that's the truth. i don't have time to find the actual study but this should be good enough: nytimes.com
keto + intermittent fasting with occasional 48 hour fasts (not counting the alcohol consumed) worked the best for me and got me down to 11% bodyfat with a sedentary lifestyle and no AAS.
if you want to be 9% bodyfat you're going to either need to exercise like fuck or take AAS as an alcoholic.
you need to stay hydrated, make sure you're getting electrolytes AND water and strongly consider taking milk thistle for your liver.

But aside from being a proud polish drunk (an asshole), I too have this problem of downing around 15-20 beers every Friday and then a few more on Saturday before my lass comes. I used to drink more, but she hates me when I'm drunk (despite I get super lovey-dovey when I am) so for now I try to temper it
Alcoholics should actually have a lot of carbs, and I don't mean oats either, I'm talking coca-cola and other disgusting sugar water. I don't remember the exact scientific explanation but it reduces the cravings and withdrawal symptoms a lot, something about having a similar water-absorbing effect as alcohol, giving other pleasure in place of alcohol, and it's liquid so it fits the ritual need too.

4 24 ounce 8% drinks is the equivalent to 12.8 5% cans of beer or close to a 750ml of liquour.

alcohol has empty calories 1g of alco is aprox 7 calories and when you drink it your body stops using other sources of energy like carbs/fats/ etc. and uses alcohol instead as it can't store it so everything you eat while drinking goes into your beer belly
just go to AA and get some actual help if you don't want to die before 30
Nigga stop drinking liquor, first of all. Second, find something to preoccupy yourself and get your mind off drinking. Like a hobby. Go for a walk. I used to be in the same boat as you but I started riding bikes and playing tennis, now I drink less and am only like 10 pounds from my target weight

Alcohol fucks up your blood lowers your blood sugar levels after the body rids itself of the toxins, sometimes dangerously low. When alcoholics start to wane themselves off of the sauce or even cut it out completely they CRAVE sugary things like soda, candy, etc.

Alcohol makes me feel very warm and good inside.
Not him. I switched from drinking to weed. And with weed i feel alot less depressed after the effect's worn off.
With alcohol i'll start crying at least once a week about derpy shit. Now i'm losing weight, making strength gains, all while smoking one joint a night whenever i feel like it. (Sometimes i stop smoking for a few weeks just because i don't feel like i need it). It's pretty great.

that's what i drink every night too. i drink wine though, i find wine makes me feel the least shitty. 40s of malt liquor fuck with me a lot, and if i drink liquor i turn into a violent maniac
been drinking a bit less though because ive bene writing some stuff lately and it is distracting me from drinking. i am obsessive about it so i maintain a lower level of drunkenness to ensure that i can think well enough to write. which means that i end up dirnking a lot less
