Try doing it with the bar. It'll hold the weights better.

When I first started I found it was easier to do it with a lighter bar like an EZ bar,you should be able to ohp that, harder on your wrists but at that weight it shouldn't really matter

My OHP is stuck at a pathetic 42.5kg. It has been for a while. I sleep 9hours, eat 150g protein. Am putting on 0.5lb a week. I even wear the squat belt and wrist wraps. I squeeze everything.

How long have you been lifting? Sometimes progress is just slow. If you're stalled hard, try changing up your program. Number of reps/sets, add variety. Work on balance and balancing/stabilizer muscles. Back Extensions, Squat variations, core. If you switch to single-arm dumbbell OHP instead of barbell, you'll get increased ROM and can more easily tell if one side is weaker.

TLDR: switch up your routine
