that is actually impressive as fuck for 6 weeks. most important thing is to keep in mind that this sort of progress is gonna slow way down eventually, dont let yourself get discouraged if the next 6 weeks only show half as much progress. keep going

1500 cals a day+ mulivitamins+ BCAA, no sweets and proccessed food. chicken, eggs, fish, grass etc. also limited to 150g carbs a day. GYM: every second day 45min cardio 1h weights, day 1 legs+ abs+ back, day 2 chest+ shoulders+triceps. Its now week 8 and im losing momentum because i have increased cals to 2000, decreased cardio to 15 mins and separated chest and shoulder days and increased length of weight training.
If the gym has a pool, get in there. If it has a sauna, incorporate that into your post-workout cooldown. Try low impact exercises like yoga or walking on the beach if possible.
Green tea is a great fat burner that is also healthy and good for energy levels, so get some bags or a non-sugared prepared tea and you'll see increased burn and higher motivation for the cardio, which may well help you push the duration up, or at least improve the intensity over 15 minutes.
How is your cardio routine structured? Pure treadmill, elliptical, biking, spin, what?
Yeah there is sauna and pool, but it looks like waste of time for me maybe i will reconsider.
As of cardio its treadmill walking at 7 increasing to 10 degrees incline, at 6km/h increasing to 7km/h.

Can somebody rate my 6 month progress? I've been eating a lot this year I think, going to sleep soon, should I push for another few weeks? I've been putting on about 35lbs per week, currently at 640lbs. What should I do?
How many meals do you ate per day ? and how many grams of fat ?
