at 6' you definitely need to be at least 200lb, at end of your cut.

You have no reason to cut, at all. Summer just ended and you might barely be above 14% fat. Keep bulking until at least 185 then reconsider depending on how you look, otherwise you might be able to just straight clean bulk until next year

What are your lifts user? I'm 6'1 and just started an EC stack and calorie defecit to try and get some abs going but I'm trying to gauge what I look like under some of this flab. Currently 180lbs here and not particularly strong but sick of having love handles

1/2/3/4 right on the dot actually. And same here, in this pic I look leaner but when i'm slouched in a chair I look really shitty. But others are right, winter is coming and not like i'm showing off then. May as well go for strength.

You're still pretty lean. Face looks lean. It's not summer. I'd say just keep bulking for a while.

That totally depends on your goals. 200lbs at 6' is the minimum to look legitimately jacked, but you're too heavy to be a serious cardio contender at that size.

mini cut for a week or 10 days if you feel too bloated then bulk.

It's nice you're someone's goal body but you can strive for a better physique. Aim for a lean 185-190 IMO.

Literally why? You’re basically telling him to stop improving. At least go on a very modest caloric surplus so you’re gaining some muscle instead of wasting your time. Like 100-200 cals. If OP did that instead of “maintaining” he would look much better in 6 months with virtually no change in body fat percentage
