Second go around got me back to 500/340/600 from 400/290/515 in 6mo.

I like it for offseason grinding.

Been unironically (ironically) doing the Dan John two day a week program for about eight weeks now and ironically it is unironically producing gains.

Squat to a top set of 8-10ish, drop set of 20ish, bench five sets in the 6-8 range, then rest-paused rows and hypers. Day two is deads either 5x2 or 3x3 usually and bench same with some chinups. And I've actually gotten stronger with maybe a little extra back development doing this.
