HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT 3000 CALORIES IN HEALTHY FOOD. THAT'S LIKE 10 LBS OF CLEAN FOOD A DAY.
HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT 3000 CALORIES IN HEALTHY FOOD. THAT'S LIKE 10 LBS OF CLEAN FOOD A DAY
That's what protein shakes are for you dunce.
That's like 300 calories
250ml whole milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 banana
40g peanut butter
30ml olive oil
2 scoop protein powder
thats like 1k calories right there
Breakfast
>2 rashers bacon, 220 calories
>egg, 155 calories
>tomato, 22 calories
>5 mushrooms, 20 calories
>kiwi, 50 calories
>banana, 100 calories
>orange juice, 100 calories
>mug of tea, 2 calories +honey
Then I had a protein shake for morning tea
>300ml whole milk, 200 calories
>1 big scoop, 120 calories
>creatine, 15 calories
That's about 900.
Tuna for lunch.
>340g tuna, 625 calories
>pickle, 11 calories
>onion, 55 calories
>mixed salad, cos and letuce, lets say 150 calories because I'll put some mayo on there as well.
Up to about 1750 calories.
Pork chops for dinner. Probably another protein shake.
Holy shit. No wonder I'm a fat fuck.
dude a single pack of tuna is 70 calories and usually enough for me at lunch. How many packs is fucking 340g?
A big tin? About 12oz for burgers. That's what I'm having for lunch today. Normally I just have a couple of pies, about 700 cal each, but I'm close to home today.
>milk
>clean
replace it with water then
Breakfast:
Black coffee - 0 kcals.
Lunch:
1,2kg of turkey or chicken breast - 1620 calories.
Dinner:
1,2kg of turkey or chicken breast - 1620 calories.
3k calories easily.
700 calories total, sorry. If I'm not working, I'll skip lunch, but physical activity in the morning really makes me start craving meat. I stopped with the soft drink. Was drinking over a liter a day. Over a quarter gallon for burgers. That's minus 400 calories a day. Cut back on beer. Less than a six pack a week, used to be a slab. That's around -2500 calories a week.
I think I'll make it.
Just eat a pound of peanuts per day. If you want to diversify your diet, subtract it from the peanut pile. Easy.
>egg 155 calories
How big are that egg a large egg is 70 calories
Scrambled a pair. I thought they were around 78 cal each. So 156 if you want to get specific, 140 if they're not as many calories as I thought.
>eating chicken breasts and tuna with salad & brown rice only meme
who the fuck does this without killing themselves?
Eat:
Whole grain bread, nuts, milk, eggs, cheese, beef, chicken, fish, pasta, potatoes, and one protein shake (in milk) a day to help sort out your macroes.
Now some faggot is going to reply that x and y is terrible because of z, but these are foods our ancestors have performed astonishing feats with, why shouldn't you be able to do the same?
You can eat easily eat 3k kcal without exerting yourself if you pick a little more energy dense (usually means more fat and carbs), and coincidentally more tasty food.
That's way more than 1k calories bro, you can literally put coconut oil, peanut butter, protein and milk and almost be at 1k calories. Mass Gainer shakes aren't a joke
>40g of PB
fun fact, while eating this you will think about the sweet release of death.
Also, enjoy playing Russian roulette, except instead of a bullet, it is literally peeing out of your bum.
Checkem faggot
What’s up with all this grilled chicken hate
I ate four breasts for lunch today
>eating bread and pasta
Pathetic.
>eating a kilo and change of turkey or chicken in one go
Impossible
Not even the most American of men could do it
>Be 6'6"
>3000 on a cut
How the fuck am I supposed to keep it under 3000?
>Complains about getting to eat alot of food
You've got it rough OP
It's objectively more difficult to eat more than you're accustomed to than less.
You gotta do whatever it takes bro
>not eating 183g of pb before bed and relishing the sweet gains
what happens if I go to taco bell to meet my caloric needs?
add oil to everything. olive oil, coconut oil, peanut butter, whatever matches the flavor of the food. easy way to boost calories
this diet is literally designed to be easily digestible so you can go V E R T I C A L
why would you do this? your micronutrient needs barely go up when you get bigger; just eat to maintenance in nutrient-dense foods and eat the rest in calorie-dense foods
or do you guys still think eating some particular foods can ruin your gains or your health in the context of adequate nutrition and an active lifestyle?
is this T nation forums in 2009?
oats, bananas, quinoa, skim milk, low fat high protein cheese, low fat yogurt, nuts, almonds, bread, pasta, eggs
20 fresco hard tacos
>3000 calories, 260g carbs, 160g fat, 140g protein
eat lots of fucking peanut butter

You have no idea how hard it is to consistently overeat, and this is coming from someone who used to do it all the time. Try not eating like a fatass for a while until your stomach shrinks, then attempt to go back to your previous habits. I would say it is 100% more painful than simply using some willpower and not stuffing your fat face. Hunger honestly is not that bad.
Then you're doing it wrong. Literally 2 SCOOPS plus 16oz whole milk is like 540 calories. 64g protein. EZPZ
I can't afford to eat big.
Literally adorable how many assume that you're fat cause it's laughable that people can't eat more, or just more calorie dense options.
Only because you have to use your limps to put the food on your fork/spoon/hand and put it in your mouth.
Plenty of former fatties I know beg to differ.
I've done both. Eating more than you want is harder than eating less than you want.
white rice and olive oil. Its time to become a chink and a greek OP.
???
Exactly - its fucking painful to eat so much. It's hard to sleep at night from all the discomfort.
Tru fax
Starting adding olive oil to my shakes and oatmeal. Easy 200-300 calorie boost per day with literally zero effort
Any other oils that are healthy but cheaper than olive oil?
>Cuckinosposting
Breakfast:
>100 grams of oats
>A cup of milk
>5 eggs
>A handful of nuts
>2 oranges
Close to 1000 calories.
Lunch:
>400 g of potatoes
>A chicken breast
>3 bananas
Over 1000.
Dinner:
>100 grams of whole wheat pasta
>200 grams of ground beef
>An apple
Almost 1000.
Why does it have to be "healthy" ?
exactly, that's why we have an underweight epidemic
