Why the fuck don't people eat Rotisserie chickens while cutting?

>brb 1200 calories for the whole thing
>brb 170g protein
>brb actually tastes good

Seriously, you pay a little extra but man they're fucking delicious and fairly nutritious. Definitely better than chicken breast every damn day.

lean chicken breast is better for cutting, especially the skin of these chickens contain a lot of calories

>1200 calories for the whole thing
imagine being this dumb

Ton of sodium its soaked in it

1200 cals for 170g of protein aint that bad though. Maybe eat one whole chicken and a couple protein shakes throughout the day and you'll be at around 2k cals and 230g of protein. And you don't want to kill yourself with every passing moment of eating lean chicken breast.

Sodium, but desu it’s literally just a chicken with some brown sugar and sodium on it so if you don’t mind the extra 200 cals then it’s not a bad option.

because it's cooked with disgusting oil full of shit in it.

>carcinogens

I work in a deli and I don't even consider these things food anymore.

Man I really want a bad boy like this now, but dont know where they make it near me.
How do I make a whole chicken in the oven for myself?

Why’s that?

Their nutrition profile ain’t that bad tho

What happens if I take in sodium

About four times a day, I put chickens in the oven and take them out, and then scrub the shit out of the oven by hand. These things are so fucking salty and disgusting that the grease makes people break out in hives when they touch it.

>brb youre a fag

yeah, I usually cook them myself in the oven, I buy them from my local butcher, so I can control how I can cook it.

It's pretty great with some mediterranean herbs and natural oils, no need to buy industrial.

Read The Salt Fix.

It’s super not difficult and there are many ways!! Check out chef John (food wishes) airline breast video to check out how to break down a chicken piece by piece, look up “spatchcocking” if you have some solid, heavy knives or are looking to grill or smoke the whole thing, or you could just do a classic ol’ roast of a whole chicken (the way it looks in cartoons without the paper doilies on the drumsticks) I like roasting them with red wine, carrots, celery, a little potato if I’m low on carbs for the day, and some fresh herb

Yeah this is the issue.

thats the oven degreaser your cleaning the over with. chicken fat doesnt make anyone break out in hives unless you should be living in a medical bubble

am cutting
i probably buy 6 of these a month when i am in a time crunch and i want hot meat fast, but i never eat the entire thing in a day. I'll have halt of it hot and fresh and the other half the next day as chicken salad

Fuck that KFC bitches

Why proteib shakes? Ur alrdy past 150 the most any natural human can absorb in a day

No way that is 1200 cal.

>bro, eat 1200 calories of chicken breast only instead of whole chicken
>a whole chicken simply isnt enough for your needs, u gotta eat pure chicken breast only else ull be dyel

imagine being this fucking autistic

>chicken is better than chicken

because they're 90% salt, it's not good for you.

Thanks Chef John, will make a whole roast chicken tonight. The gains will be glorious.

I eat one everday and bench 160kg

I've been buying one of these bad boys on the days that I lift, on the way home from the gym. First I drink a small protein shake (to get the fast-digested whey already working on fixing my muscles), and then I devour the whole chicken. And since it's my one meal for the day I follow with a small snack to get enough calories to feel full and also get some carbohydrates to replenish glycogen stores.

I've always done that. Then make broth from the carcass and make a soup full of high tier veggies like celery and onions.

Good idea when you are bulking, otherwise its hard to exactly estimate the calories since you cant be sure how much fat is on the chicken and there is a usually put loads of oil before putting it in the oven.

Chef John is probably the best online cooking personalities. Really genuine, no nonsense and no pretension. His channel is great and has really contributed a lot to my cooking. Highly recommended!

Convince me to not eat an entire chicken for 1200 cals + 500 calories worth of assorted vegetables every damn day.

costco has a giant one for $5

Actually sounds like a plan, man. I'm even thinking of switching to this for a while instead of my usual. Will give me good opportunity to really try out vegetable cooking a lot. I do actually like vegetables, I just don't know how to really cook them.

Well my friend it's not very difficult. One of my favorite things to do is sautee a veggie of choice in a little olive oil with diced onions, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. This can be done great with spinach, broccoli, asperagus, broccoli rabe, brussel sprouts and tastes amazing. You can steam them first and then throw them in a pan with said ingredients. They'll crisp up a bit and have a nice little crunch.

Another great way is to skewer them and throw them on a barbecue if you have access to one. Veggies cooked this way go great with any meat really.

>there's no possible difference between the composition of chicken with skin, seasoning, grease, and a chicken with none of those
you have terminal autism, user

But they do? I cut 30 lbs with rotisserie chicken+salad making up about 60% of my meals.
Who cares if it has sodium? Just drink water nigga

holy shit your kidneys are crying

>150 cal for a chicken strip

So?

Food lion?
