When I bench press, my left arm locks out before my right. What did it mean by this?

It seems like that would mean my right is weaker, but I've also read the opposite - that my right is "helping" my left compensate by bearing more of the load. So which is it?

What's worse:

- Working out on 4 hours of sleep, then sleeping for 8 hours
- Working out on 8 hours of sleep, then sleeping for 4 hours

Have you checked to make sure your grip is equally balanced? Is one hand closer to the middle? It sounds like more of a form issue.

don't buy a fucking training program, jesus. Every program is literally just a combination of different lifts designed to hit parts of the body equally. Every lift in every program you could buy can be taught and learned for free on the internet with dozens of people and videos to watch and learn from FOR FREE.

Just try a handful of free recommended programs and make alterations until you're happy.

I poop at the most 3 times a week and when I do its a weak turd. The only things I consume are protein powder, milk, water, Occasional monster ultra, eggs, green vegetables, fish, chicken, and beef. Is my body really utilizing what I eat that well?

I'm trying to calculate volume per body part but it's hard as fuck due to overlapping and shit like that, there's an ideal range for shit like rear delts but you do hit them in a lot of exercises justn o directly.

I'm a total newfag when it comes to lifting. I'm still cutting at a 800 Cal deficit but I figured I should also lift as well. I've been stuck around the 65lbs and 80lbs range for a couple weeks now when it comes to bench press. Yet my squats have reached well over a hundred pounds, and it'll be even higher next time as they're just so much easier for me. I know I'm a dyel with these stats. But are the lifts for squats supposed to increase this much faster compared to bench press?

I have a shooting pain inside my right leg whenever i try to squat my worksets for weeks now. I've been resting my squats for two weeks and it still hurts.

Should I just wait for the pain to go away?
What other excercise can I do to replace the squat? I tried squating in lighter weight but it still hurts.

It sounds like you don't have a program, get one.

Obv you are gonna be better at some lifts than others. Work bench more if it's lagging behind.

Weight for different lifts should increase equally in relative terms, but not absolute

Eg. Being at 120% of your starting lifts but not having gone up 10kgs in each

Lifting despite pain is how you get chronic injuries.

try and see if you can find a low sugar variety of baked beans, it's not really that troublesome compared to anything we would think of as 'sweets' but cutting out more sugar is better. But other than that baked beans are delicious

Lost about 20lb in 2 months, pretty lean but not as much as I want. Now that I'm looking at my body, I kind of don't want my arms to get any bigger than they currently are, but I don't want the muscle to disappear either. Does this mean I just don't lift heavier and just focus on reps?

Whenever I workout really hard, for like an hour after, everytime i breath in, i get a weird pressure in my left ear that also muffles sound, and then I breathe out and the pressure goes away and my hearing is 100%

What sets/rep range do you use for your accessories?
I do 4 sets of 4-6 reps on my compounds. It goes good for linear progression.
Basically the first set you should be able to 6 reps and the last set you should be able to do a minimum of 4 (if you cant hit at least 4 on each set, deload)
Once you get to where you can do 4 sets of 6 of that weight, you add more to the lift and repeat

On my accessory lifts I do 4 sets of 10-14 reps with the same linear progression shit, once you hit 14 reps on all 4 sets, add weight

How safe is it to lift on mobile/prefab home floors? I'm getting closer to 1/2/3/4, but I keep worrying that I'm going to put a hole in the shitty particleboard floor.

Working out a new PPL mostly for strength. Does it make sense to do all heavy pull on one day and lighter/accessory work on another, or should I do heavy chest / light shoulders on the first and light chest / heavy shoulders on the next?
