PASTA WITH GORGONZOLA
>put water on the stove for pasta
>dice some shallot
>evoo in a pan
>let it stir fry for 5 mins
>water should be boiling so throw pasta in there
>cut gorgonzola in pieces
>throw that delicious motherfucker in the pan
>let it melt
>add good quality cream if you're feeling naughty
>now take some sage leaves
>TEAR THEM into pieaces (don't cut them ffs)
>put in pan
>grate some nutmeg over the sauce
>as soon as pasta is ready, toss it in the pan and let all the ingredient make love
>you can grate some parmigiano for more flavour
