What's /fits/ least favorite exercise?
anything that works just abs
But muh 6 pack
yeah, I used to want that, but I hate doing abs so much, that I abandoned the idea
I'm gonna get there with diet alone
barbell row, my form never fucking feels right
Dips. Every second that I'm doing dips is pure agony.
lateral raises fucking suck
seated ohp, I feel like I can only make progress of 5lb/week.
Bent-over dumbbell row.
Fucking leaning over with my ass in the air like sissy and jurassic spine extended. Then I start repping and what happens is that the tricep of my supporting arm starts burning, then the bicep and forearm of the lifting arm, and my lat is the last muscle to get exhausted.
Maybe I'm just a retard tho.
This is the most retarded comment I've ever seen typed up by anybody anywhere and I wholeheartedly hope you rethink your whole existence and feel embarassed.
What the heck did you expect you small little faggot? Going up by a plate every time you hit shoulders? I wouldn't be surprised if you said you DB shoulder pressed under 40 lbs. A 5 lbs increase per week is absolutely insane. Do you realise that? How do you not see the madness in expecting to add more?
>tfw im actually the only person who doesn't add 25lbs pl8 to squat every week
>he doesn’t add 25lbs to his OHP every week
they used to be like that for me, can do 20 bw dips now and i feel fine.
>wants to use the smith machine to do calf raises
>literally every fucking retard on the gym wants to use the smith machine to do bench, OHP, squats, or whatever meme exercise they come up with.
Only 1 smith machine on my gym and that thing is used the whole fucking day. Why are people so afraid of free weights?
Biceps curls. I do them, but they are my least favorite.
maybe its noob gains, but squats/bench are cake. 15-20lb a week.
This is probably a meme, but every time I do skullcrushers I keep having Next/Final Destination style flash forwards where my arms suddenly give out and I crush my windpipe/decapitate myself with the bar.
I guess that would make my answer Skullcrushers.
Same. Ab exercises are boring, hurt a lot, and you don't even get to feel good about moving a lot of weight. I especially hate any ab exercises where you're sitting on the floor (Russian twist, boat pose, etc) because I always end up sitting directly on my tailbone
Lateral raises are pure hell.
Lunge.
>doesn’t wear a lifting helmet
>he doesn't add 35lbs to his OHP a week
It's a tie between kettlebell swing and kettlebell clean and jerk.
Anything leg related desu
>he doesn't add a plate to his OHP every week
Ofc it's fucking noon gains , are you actually an idiot? You understand powerlifters have been training for years right? By that logic they would be lifting fucking hundreds of thousands of pounds. God you're a fucking idiot
Weighted decline crunches.
Only exercise I can do without wanting to kill myself
Probably all the exercises I don't do, since I only do things I enjoy. Things thst make me say "fuck that shit" are calf raises, lateral delt raises, dedicated ab/core work ESPECIALLY PLANKS, and cardio of any form.
Me, except I don't find calf raises difficult at all.
Most isolations desu. Just feels like a waste when I could be doing more groups
Unironically squats. I don't even suck at them, I got good form and am among the top 10 squatters of my gym weight wise, but I don't enjoy the movement as a whole.
pull with your elbows not your hands
pullups (because I can't do many)
but mostly pec flies
Pullups. Never liked them never will
Was going to say bench press but reminded me of an even greater evil.
Ab wheel is fun though
forearms
Nice blog mate
Total fag

Squats and deadlifts because my lifts are shit and too ashamed to do it. Plus, they are hyper technical exercices and I always feel I'm not doing it properly so I don't even bother
If leg day was just squats and deadlifts I'd be happy. Hate all the machines and lunges and calf raises
Squats.
Deadlifts. Im gonna try subbing in rack pulls this week and if I like it I'll just do fucking rack pulls instead and try and rack pull ten pl8s like manlet destiny
>hyper technical exercises
Lmao
Rack pulls aren't meant to replace deadlifts, they're complementary exericses
just do them often, your numbers will go up
Will they develop my hamstrings, lower back, glutes and traps?
Why would you sub rackpulls for deadlifts.
>hamstrings
no
>lower back
yea
>glutes
no
>traps
yeah
