8th month of cutting
We were born to suffer
Intermittent fasting breh
Fast for 2 - 3 days a week, that a guaranteed loss of around 2lb per week. Its better than having to fiddle fuck around with daily counting calories trying to guess how much of a deficit you need.
it forms such a scary face
It hurts bro
I've actually lost weight recently I can tell because now I can see some ribs on my back but I still have a huge gut. Fuck
just stop eating you fucking faggot
And how do i lift without eating you retard
By incorporating fasting you absolute fuck
using your muscles
>still fat
What are you, 15% tops?
It’s pretty obvious you’re not lifting at all
Why don't you just run?
try just holding in your gut all the time
you need bulk before the cut you fucking retards
then you’ll see something after cutting
Yohimbine hcl+1hour walk first think in the morning while fasted. Only eat keto and IF. Do HIIT 3xa week(eat some oats before doing HIIT).
Do cardio and eat nothing but chicken and spinach. its a completely bullshit way to live life but it works
try lifting
its not the fat, its your genetics
gauranteed heart attack
You will never escape skinnyfat hell because you don't fucking lift you goddamn idiot.
You're skinny enough. Start bulking NOW and lifting HARD you fucking moron.
Yes, eating 2-2,2kcal (~600kcal deficit for me) every day so you still have energy to work out properly while you lose weight is fucking retarded, lets starve ourselves in stead to invoke ancient survival mode cutting.
Yes it may be faster, but doing something consistently that's good than doing something radical that's perhaps a bit more efficient but way harder to sustain is always worse.
Is always better*
I cut 6kg over 2 months doing this basic fucking shit, and I wasn't even fat/skinny fat to begin with, I just wanted to shed a little weight due to performance related stuff in things other than lifting.
keep going you're getting there
the leaning tower of pisa wasn't built in a day - jason genova
Gotta get on the right diet and workout regime, at the peak of my cut rn. Gonna work on maintainig now
I been doing it for a week now and I've lost 4lbs already. I'm gonna keep my 2/1 days of fasting. 2 days fast, 1 day of eating.
thats a pretty shitty cut
you forget exercising you stupid fuck
cut for 4-6 more weeks user
not based and blue pilled
nigger what the fuck that doesnt make sense
Reminder that fasting doesn't work and people are just trying to meme you.
I literally kek'd at this.
If I were you, I'd cut out all carbs and all fats. I'd probably turn vegan.
>bro just go on a 300 calorie deficit for fucking months on end and hope you lose weight and your BMR and test doesn't plummet
meanwhile fasting increases hgh, test, BMR while shedding fat ten times faster. god I fucking hate cutting tards so much
Ahh the Gulag diet, well played. Can't wait to see the progress pics
Fasting is literally a meme while CICO cutting is a tried and true method of losing weight. This could have all been avoided if people actually read the sticky
Fasting IS cico you fucking retard. you just have 0 calories in. literally every study shows fasting is more beneficial than a slight caloric deficit.
Nice panties dude. Also push yourself more you soft fuck.
Maybe you're super obese, so you think one pound a week is super slow. I get that. You can eat at a deficit and lose up to 4 a week as a hamplanet and not burn your muscle away like you will by fasting. In fact, you can probably gain some.
but ur still chubby?
>how do i lift
judging by your body you need to figure this out first
you lose more muscle cutting than you do fasting
also im not even fat. I'm 14-15% bf
Go ahead and go to and take the thinspo pill if you really care about your fat. Either you will get some real lessons on how to lose weight from those skinny bitches (and fat larpers) or you're just being an fate attention whore.
Not in my experience, and not according to the science. (Real science, not keto-IF broscience.)
better post some studies then
>Researchers studied the effect of whole body protein breakdown with 7 days of fasting. Their conclusion was that “decreased whole body protein breakdown contributes significantly to the decreased nitrogen excretion observed with fasting in obese subjects”. There is a normal breakdown of muscle which is balanced by new muscle formation. This breakdown rate slows roughly 25% during fasting.

*In obese subjects.*
The lardasses on /fast/ can do any ridiculous fad diet they want and still predominantly lose fat. That's basic common sense. I'd like to see some studies where people with normal body fat levels fast without losing muscle.
your body looks like pic related

This
>During the dietary intervention period, ADF subjects consumed 25% of their baseline energy needs on the fast day (24 h), and then ate ad libitum on each alternating feed day (24 h). Energy needs for each subject were determined by the Mifflin equation [7]. The feed and fast days began at midnight each day, and all fast day meals were consumed between 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm to ensure that each subject was undergoing the same duration of fasting. ADF subjects were provided with meals on each fast day (ranging from 400–600 kcal), and ate ad libitum at home on the feed day.
Not the same as extended fasting on salt water. Not even close. Keep grasping at straws.
In other words, extending fasting is fine for obese people. Alternate day fasting is fine for normal/fit people (also IF is muscle sparring as well).
>Our results suggest that an intermittent fasting program in which all calories are consumed in an 8-h window each day, in conjunction with resistance training, could improve some health-related biomarkers, decrease fat mass, and maintain muscle mass in resistance-trained males.
So at the very least, fasting should be reccomended for obese people. Since it's actually more muscle sparring than calorie restriction, not to mention the profound effects on cell regeneration and hormonal effects.
And IF/ADF should be fine for fit individuals.
Any complaints so far?
