Lol you look like such a fuckboy.

What is PPL senpai?

I got fed up with ppl, working groups only twice a week yet going 6 days a week. I ain't got time for that shit. I now do full body every other day. Stop fucking around and do the same.

Insisting that’s not actually a compliment

Push/pull/legs

Lose the bro hat and wear a regular sleeveless shirt and you won't look like a Bradley Martin wannabe fuckboy.

I work out 7 days a week doing PPL

I work out eight days a week doing PPL

>t-thanks y-you too

This. Wait until these kids get bigboy jobs.

How do you work every single body part to failure in less than 4 hours?

your height starts with 5'6
that's the explaination

I work for the government
7:30 to 13:30
Rest of the day off

I can do PPL just fine. But I acknowledge it's not for everyone, time-wise.

Ackchyually 5’9” yOu lAnKLeT

Quit reading right there.

First off, drop the bodybuilding bullshit. You wanna be a beast that can actually move weight? Then stick with heavy barbell compounds. Flat bench, follow up with include then decline. Then do barbell rows, weighted pull ups and t bar rows. Then do Standing OHP, up right rows and barbell curls. Finish it off with high bar squats, calf raises, traditional deadlift and sump deadlift. Every other day. If you still got time, then play around with isolations.

>6 digits a year
>lots of underlings
>zillions of benefits and dayoffs

I'm glad. Keep being a joblet

>flat bench, incline, and decline
lul

Didn’t mean to strike a nerve there mr mailman. Now get back to loading the truck, the mail isn’t going to get to the mailbox itself.

Nice cope

Law consultant
But okay I'd load a truck for the same salary.
Functional workout

>Law consultant
Quit reading right there. You’re basically a glorified garbage man. And that’s okay.

Ok but he works less than you and I'm guessing makes more, or you wouldn't be so mad lol

Did you just assume their gender?

Yeah sure thing buddy I'm not gonna keep feeding (You)

Get back in your mail truck.

What's wrong with being a mailman?

True.

PPL is an inefficient routine. If you’re gonna do 6 days a week you might as well do PP all week with one day of rest instead, and do squats on push and diddlys on pull. Doing a 3 or more day split is basically wasting a day since recovery takes max 48 hrs

he doesn't even upside down bench

Lmfao wtf is that routine? You listed 10+ compounds there’s no way you can exert max effort on all of them. Literally a waste of time and will take 2-3 hours
Just do squat, diddly, bench, ohp, and weighted pullups, then accessories for what you think is lagging behind. Takes 1.5 hr max

So a push up?

You don't. You'll get better results not going as hard and doing it more often then blowing your load and not being able to do it again for a couple of days.
