To the user earlier who made a thread about roast chicken, and the user who recommend Chef John thank you. Made a chicken tonight and ate everything except the breasts, which I will save for the coming 2 days. Really cheap as well considering its meat and protein for 3 days and its super easy to make.
Any other food secrets you anons wanna share? Mainly thinking cheap sources of protein and how to make them delicious.
MSG rub msg on ALL your meats. not too much though.

Chef John is a straight baller, real nigga who doesn't take shit from ANYONE
that said, chicken breasts are great and easy to make if you have the right tools. What I usually do is cut them in half so they're all the same thickness approximately. Cook them on a non stick skillet in tons of butter with garlic salt, pepper, cayenne, ginger, and right before I take them out, squeeze a lime over them. so cash and I don't know why people complain about chicken being so bland... you just need to practice cooking
Keep in mind that just about anything you make at home will be cheaper and Jow Forumser than food you get at a restaurant.
I buy big packs of steak, chicken thighs, bacon, sausages etc and I spend less money than I did when I ate at restaurants all the time.
The key to hoarding your shekels is to keep your sides cheap.
Microwaved potatos are just as good as baked ones, take literally 5 minutes to make and can be made damn delicious by adding salt, pepper, butter, and green onion (all of which are practically free). I eat 3 medium potatoes per day.
Steamed broccoli, beans, brussels sprouts etc, with butter salt and pepper are cheap and delicious AF
Learn how to make pasta noodles by hand. There are few foods more delicious than fresh pasta, and the cost to make it is practically zero (only ingredients are flour and eggs). Learn to make good sauces and you have great access to ebin and practically free calories.
Quick I need facts on Sardines. Gains or salty waste

Are americans really this fucked that you have to explain how to buy and cook food? Are you eating out all your lives? This seems so retarded. I think that any 9 year old in any other country has figured out how to prepare a meal.

Based home made food poster. Stuff like this is great, and I dont want to spend all my money on food when I can learn to make delicious and simple shit at home.
most north americans are cultureless swine, many of whom came here in the early 19th or 20th century as piss poor farmers, the kids get modernized in the cities and have no attachment to their roots and then their children grow up in the hyper commercial, extremely lazy society we have today. I'm surprised we made it this far desu.
