Make your own. So much cheaper, healthier and tastier

1 cup oats
2 cups protein powder
2 large scooped tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup full fat milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Mix it all together in a bowl. Shove it into a tupperware box and flatten it out. Melt a bit of very dark chocolate and pour it over the top

Shove it in the freezer to set over night. Cut into 5 bars.

So fucking easy

There are no good protein bars. All mass market ones either have tons of sugar, tons of onions, awful protein/calorie ratio, or taste like shit. Kirkland brand rip offs of the Quest are probably the best.

Anyway just stick to shakes or make your own.

I actually really like quest bars, if it wasn't bad for kidneys I'd eat like 4 of the smores ones for a cheat meal. Maybe it's because I haven't had a real dessert in 4 months
