I do different curl variations every workout and pullups
My biceps are the ONLY part in my routine that have been lagging. Everything else is getting explosively stronger. But my biceps just won't do shit. Stuck eternally at a 75 lb barbell bicep curl.
How to I fix this? I've been suggested cross-body hammer curls which really are hard as fuck and I think would help me a ton. I think I'm going to drop the barbell curls until I make some gains and do other things.
So if I do the cross-body barbell curls on exercise A, what should I do for biceps on exercise B?

I'm too heavy to do chinups (although once I could pump out a shit-ton of chinups and pullups).
Out of pride I won't do them at all until I get light and strong enough to do it naturally, so no I won't use the assistance machine.
I also have to imagine that there's some benefit in doing other lifts besides chinups.

I do 4x8-12 curls once a week, high rep face pulls 1-2x a week, and lots of rows/chins/lat pulldowns.

It takes time but you're a guy, lifting is easy mode for you. Start with less weight and fewer reps and work your way up. You will be able to do this and much more in a few months.

I was really proud of myself for being natural in a gym full of gearthots, but after wasting 4 years to look like the pic on the left and feeling like I'm not making any progress I had to give up my natty card.

I started with SS and then I got a trainer. I only started doing brosplits after I hopped on gear.
Yeah, to be fair, I know some extremely strong natty girls (4pl8 deadlift, 185 bench, 3+ pl8 squat at 130 lbs bw) and they look very dyel compared to what I looked like at my 2 year mark. Women just can't really build much muscle naturally.
