can I just do leg press, leg extension and RDL for aesthetics?

Sounds to me like you herniated a disc in your lower back, if I were you I would see a doctor soon.
now that you mention it they all have big noses apart from the left one.

of course you can just do leg press and RDL, plenty of people got big legs without squatting, but still try and fix your shit if possible
thank you! took a month off lifting and started again last week so i know I can do these excercises without any discomfort.
I will definately try to understand the problem (going to a doc) because I enjoyed squatting but I don't want my legs to be left behind

If you can, and you are fine with iso movements, I'd recommend rear foot elevated split squats, with BB or DBs, doesn't really matter. That move is so under rated. If not, yea just stick to easy machine shit I guess.
