Recipe:
Half a gallon of water
Half a gallon of milk
5 pounds boiled chicken breast
A dozen cooked eggs (I scramble them well before, then let them cool)
Eight scoops of unflavored myprotein whey
Whole, shelled peanuts
A couple bananas
Feel free to add any assorted fruits and vegetables you'd put in a regular smoothie

Blend until smooth. I like a chunkier shake, so I don't blend for super long, but that's up to you.

Either one for breakfast or one for lunch. 50g of protein in one sitting means I rarely have to force myself to find more elsewhere.

500 grams of quark a cool 50g’s of protons before bed.

Usually some nuts and a banana at some point in the day. Some McDonald’s or a chocolate bar if I’m way below my calorie goal.
