I'm running ~10km, So i just begin with slow pace for 1-2km to wam up, and after that run with my normal pace. After run i eat my breakfast, usualy oats and milk with some berries/nuts, So that takes my protein intake. I dont run fasted btw, i eat something light before the run (apple, banana, bread with honey)
