MOTHERFUCKER my gym just reopened from a god damn MONTH of remodeling and theyve fucked everything. I FUCKING HATE THESE ONCE-A-WEEK SOFT SKINNYFATS RUINING MY GYM. Im ashamed of the fact that they took my money and turned it into this garabage.
>took out two walls of training space and put in some stupid ass spiral staircase with a chandilier >they straight up removed a room for stretching and warmups upstairs so that the entrance to the building could have a high ceiling >all the freeweights and "dangerous" training equipment is gone >fucking lounge area for no reason takes up a quarter of the gym >doubled the locker room size (honestly not that bad) >cant bring drinks in anymore cuz they dont want us to fuck up their nice wood paneling

Do you work out with your doggos spectating? My roommates dog will usually go to the garage with my dog and they just sit and watch me lift. I guess they do it because I’m between sets I usually give them a bit of a pet or a treat for some tricks but it’s kinda nice to have them there. Dogs are so cool

My dogs like to sleep in my gym space, one is so scared of it, due to the noise I think, that if it looks like I'm going to gym she runs away and hides behind a desk, the other one doesn't even move. Will sleep right next to the cage while I have to step over him to get the weights. Pics where he decided to lei down while I was lifting. He got poisoned 34 days ago so now no one keeps me company while lifting anymore.
