Is it all done or are there positives?
Do you include fries into your diet?
>not occasionally eating one of the most enjoyable foods ever
grow up
What is occasionally in your mind? 1 a week?
once per month
1-2 per month imo
Whenever I decide to based on what i've been eating lately, which workouts just happened, which ones are coming up, but most importantly if I feel like pissing off the kind of people who schedule food weeks and months in advance.
There is a positive of fries, which is that they are delicious.
You just have to have self-control, I eat extremely good at home so whenever someone asks me to go out and eat I never have to deny (don't have obese degenerates as friends though). Don't do one of those "I'll just eat 2-3" self lies where you in reality eat like shit every 5 minutes, when you eat junk you eat it, but you have to have enough self-control to not eat like shit in the following days/week. If I know I'll be pigging out and drinking in advance, I just cut my carb and fat intake before and make sure you hit your protein.
If you can throw some cardio a few hours prior even better, the sodium will actually be somewhat good for you.
Of course. I have fries probably 3x a month.
I never feel bad in the slightest because I need as many calories as I can possibly get.
I eat fries but I do them oven baked which are healthier. But even then, I make a 1kg once a month and split it between 3-4 meals as a side.
which fries we talking about? deep fried they are shit for you, so limit it, but if you make it in the oven with a little bit of olive oil you can eat a shitload, with no negative effect.

Even if you deepfry it it ain't that bad depending on the oil that you are using. If you are using clean oil it ain't that bad, just a little higher in calories but most of those are unsaturated fats. If you're on a cut it's not advisable ofcourse
iifym and you're bulking there is no downside
This
The non-autistic way to treat eating junk food
If you use an air fryer with only half a tablespoon of oil and use proper potatoes then they ain't so bad
>air fryer
its a fucking oven.
I just bake them in the oven they have the same macros as potatoes man
No, the few times I eat junk food it's kebab
only if i take a carb blocker first.
>is unable to control his cravings
>tells other people to grow up
>carb blocker
yuh yuh. i usually get fast food (even then not mcdonalds usually a local burger place) about once a month to sometimes once every two months. It's fine. Having one cheat day / week honestly naturally makes you avoid shitty food. Now I just get fast food if I'm with some friends but I just work out now and avoid people so that's not too often.
I dont really like fries
