I trust you know how to get a pump in your arms, end 3-4 of your workouts every week with a quick 20 minute arm pump to failure
That'll make em bloated as shit but the only problem is that if you do it right you'll have trouble moving them past a 90 degree angle above your head, assuming you go hard as shit you'll keep big ass arms and they'll be ripped as motherfuckers
