I fixed mine. Heres routine

No fap no orgasm and no edging. This is by far the biggest factor
Highly vegetarian diet, not as in no meats, as in excessive fruits and veggies
Cardio every morning outdoors to increase blood and oxygen flow asap on the day
1.5hr minimum sun exposure to scalp daily if not more and preferably while at increased heartrate while sweating
8hr sleeps minimum bed by 11pm
Daily lifting
Daily 20 mins sauna
Zinc and other vitamins

Doing this even made my shin hair grow back

Oh and besides no fap the other big one is no smoking.

Just accept fate and go full bald. A full head of hair is attractive. So is a bald head. But holding on to wispy strands, receding lines, comb overs, etc is shitty. I still have a great head of hair but my dad is bald. I’ve had conversations with multiple women and they all say bald men are sexy. Extremely anecdotal I know but it’s not the end of the world.

Agreed but the only thing that should prove difficult is the sunlight. Second you wake up you do a 10-12 minute 1.5mi run, that covers the cardio, you put the 20 min sauna at the end of your 1hr workout in the evening or morning, and take ur work lunch break and breaks outside+ cover whatever sunlight time extra u need in the evening or by waking extra early

My tip for u that helped me fix my hair big time is by googling hair loss causes and other relevant searches while limiting the search results to sources pre-1930 as this filters out corporate propaganda and modern day BS designed to keep ppl complacent and ugly.

I actually think this all might be true, even from my own personal experience, but im such a weak minded fuck that my desire for orgasms beats my love for my hair.
I basically did all the shit you just listed a year ago during summer, unintentionally. And my hair stopped falling out completely and recovered. And I mean completely. Every time I'd run my fingers through my hair id pull hair out. Then during the summer it just stopped. I was yanking on my hair for over a month in disbelief and not a single hair would come off.
