I am currently 183cm (6ft) and 75kg (165lbs). I've lost 25kg (55lbs) and i'm still fat as fuck. There is just no end to my body fat. I keep starving myself and my face still looks bloated, i have huge fucking legs and disgusting belly. I hoped i will look good at 70kg but it's certainly not going to happen. I still look like 30% body fat. Will it ever fucking end? Why can't i just be skinny?

Exercise and lose some more weight. Your BMI is 22.4, you can afford to go a bit lower.

oh shit, this actually hits home like fuck. damn. i'm 85kg and i'm so fucking disgusted with myself and need to get it so so so so much lower. i've starved, done meme diets, all sorts. nothing fucking works. but this september when i'm back at uni i'm gonna fucking go all out and just eat as little as i can without going all out starving. exercising also does fuck all to me. i lose a tiny bit of weight when starving but usually give up cos i don't do it in a maintainable way. if i can make it maintainable, maybe i'll stop considering suicide cos of the appearance issues (wishful thinking though)

Don't loose weight too quick user, although starving yourself sounds effective you lose muscle as well when you eat zero food. This can make fat extra obvious.

not op but, i have a gross ugly protruding stomach and i'm apparently about 2kg away from a 'healthy weight'. i think the bmi labels don't rly mean anything at that point. "wow, i'm a 'healthy weight' now but still look overweight and have a gross sticking out stomach?"

I'm 179 and have been 76kg (with workout), 103 (without workout) and am currently 110 (with workout).
I wear the sort of pants i wore at 90kg, and i've been receiving compliments for my muscles.
HOWEVER, i am still fat and in need of weight loss, because i'm eating like there's a black hole in my stomach.

Because you are sedentary, you can be several kilos over the "healthy body limit", if you workout and have plenty of muscle mass, When you lose weight it goes from your muscle and THEN form your fat storage. Meaning you would need to lose almost your muscle mass before you can start to burn your fats, and that's means nothing because once you eat you will gain that fat back and have no muscle mass. You need to eat right, but eating right means nothing if you don't exercise.

Just regular sit ups, push ups, squats and various exercises with dumb bells on hands, chest and calves. I don't do everything in one day and try to do it fast
