I currently only work 40 hours a week but that shit is about to change this friday so I'll break it down for you ass hole:

5am: wake up and get ready
6am: drive to trade school
7am-3pm trade school
3pm-4pm drive to and get ready for warehouse job
4pm-11pm work warehouse job

Repeat. You dont know shit faggot. working out with my current 40hrs aint shit but now Im doing 66 without accounting for travel time.

Fucked up thing is: I have a BS in Industrial Engineering but engineers dont engineer shit. I barely got my internship after 6 months of job hunting only to find out that engineers are all pencil prick managers. I do not fit in that kind of environment so I am picking up a trade.

Surely you get an hour lunch at trade school and maybe your job too. Find a close gym and go pound it hard for 30 minutes. I wouldn't because I'd just accept the fact that I'm in trade school and once I'm out and find a job I can hit it harder, and I'd imagine if eating right, that working in a warehouse would keep me in respectable enough shape given my circumstances, but I'm also not bitching about not having time to work out.

When I worked a warehouse job for 12-14 hour night shifts I'd just get up an hour or two before I had to, down a bunch of preworkout, go hard as fuck for 45 mins, do S/B/D/O then on weekends do a bunch of assistance work and catch up on sleep

This is a confirmed no. They give you a 10 minute break for a 5-6 hour shift and thats it. You have to eat while working really to keep your strength up. Only reason I am working there is because the company will give me 15,750 in tuition reimbursement. after all is said and done I'll have around 27k of my 41k school covered before I am even out.

It will keep me in shape for sure but It wont make me look good. I am trying to bear mode not fat mode.

My schedule looked like this:
>9:00 PM - Wake up
>9:15 PM to 10:45 PM - Lift heavy as fuck with reckless abandon, then head to work
>11:30 PM to 11:30 AM or 1:30 PM depending on how many loads we had (worked at UPS) - Work
>2-3 PM - Eat then go to bed
Repeat

Really fucking sucked but it was temporary, and made really good money for a fresh out of high school job

i'll give you actual advice though since you're being a bitch and I've done this grind before. First off, why the fuck is it taking you an hour to wake up and getting ready every morning? If you were actually "planning" like you said then you'd be able to wake up, roll out of bed, jump into your pre-laid out clothes, brush your teeth, and grab some coffee in 3 minutes.

This is how I used to do it:

>12 am: get off work and drive to the gym
>12:30 am: get to gym and train for an hour
>1:30 am: drive home, take 10 minute shower, make coffee and put it in a thermos, lay out all of my shit for the next day
>2:15 am: sleep
>7:45 am: alarm goes off, get out of bed, put on my clothes, grab my shit, and be out the door by 8am
8:45 am: get to work so i can unlock the door before the rest of the employees get there at 9am
8:45 am: put my shit away, check inventory if i didn't do it the night before, write out a prep list for the team
9 am: restaurant shit/prep
11 am: Lunch service starts
3:30 pm: lunch service ends/lock restaurant doors/eat breakfast
3:45 pm: take stock of what needs to be done/write out prep list for the PM crew that is coming in
4 pm: take a quick 10 minute break to get coffee from the place a block away
4:30 pm: dinner service starts
9 pm: try to eat some food once dinner service dies down, do inventory, finish some last minute prep for the next day
11 pm: Close restaurant and start cleaning kitchen
12 am: lock the doors after everybody has left, go to gym

I did this 5-6 days a week for 18 months. On my day off I slept. The way to be successful is to do as much as you possibly can the night before so you can roll out of bed and get out the door while you're still half asleep. You need to free up that hour time slot you have in the morning for getting ready and use that as your gym time

Do what this nigga says. That hour you have in the morning can be cut to 10-15 mins, just do basic heavy shit in the mornings and use whatever time you have on days off work to do whatever accessories you want to do
