Drop the pasta
Why? It's the cheapest bulking food there is.
Planning on pic related meal prep this week, this week been eating pretty much the same shit but rice instead of the pasta and chipotle marinated chicken breast instead of steak
Diet is based on cutting for a former fat fuck turned back to fat fuck and based on The Leangains Method which is basically dieting with as close to 50% of calories coming from protein.
50% of cals from protein IMO is great for cutting. Yes it is far higher than any science backed reccomendation BUT the satiety effects are undeniable.
The other big thing is that I'm no longer fucking with pure whey protein. The only shakes I do are mainly from Casein protein for its slow digestion. When I used to drink whey at work I would feel like shit from it hitting me so fast, no problems with Casein.
Also Muscle Milk has been a god send. Just buy a box of 12 each week, its 80% casein, 160 cal 32 g of protein and tastes not awful.
>two whole cloves of garlic
don't you feel like you're missing out by being alone 24/7? I would kill myself if I didn't have a girl to snuggle with every night
Highly processed food, not very healthy. Others may tolerate better but it makes me tired and gives me gut issues, hunger pangs and joint pain
Is that because of breath? I cooked another steak for my girl and gave her 3 cloves. I might cut down on the garlic cause I eat this like everyday lol
the ingredients are just wheat flour water and salt

You can make a big ass pot of this stuff for less than $20 to last you for several days.
I like the video, but that guys inflections are annoying me. "A liTTLE bit-uh salt."
I Don’t believe most people have been exposed to agriculture long enough for there to be significant selection pressure for the ability to efficiently digest grains. Basically our body does not process grain well. But even if you disagree with that part, the processing of food usually strips out nutrients that make the food healthy or otherwise digestible. For example, grinding up grain to tiny pieces with industrial equipment was not something that was possible for our ancestors. The effect on food is often that it makes the food’s glycemic load increase and when you eat it your insulin spikes like crazy.
TLDR: our bodies have not evolved to thrive on food that is only realistically available in industrialized / agriculture society.
i dont even by veggies
why bother it has almost to no calories, never liked them, rather buy milk with the money
but user the vitamins and minerals

Processing of grains existed millennia before agriculture was invented. Humans were eating grains long before we grew them, and its not unreasonable to think that they also traditionally processed them
It hasn’t been a staple that long, it has only existed that long. 8k years is not very long in the world of evolution compared to the hundreds of thousands of years we have been human. Also the technology for grain mills before the industrial revolution was not damaging to the grain, so our bodies reacted to it different than modern processed food.
See my new post, I am actually saying the same thing. There is a difference in how they are processed
Even if I’m completely wrong, (which you provided no counter argument for) I still enjoy the food I eat which includes a lot of steak. It has helped with a lot of health issues and there is evolutionary reasoning for why.
>There is a difference in how they are processed
Based on what exactly? You just said "the industrial revolution" processing was damaging, but provided nothing to confirm such a statement.
I knew you were going to say gut issues. Seeing as you are eating kraut, pickles, and garlic in one meal like that. Wouldnt you be better off eating the garlic raw tho
Yeah, I also have acne issues, sinus congestion, tendency for dental cavities, dry skin and joint issues. I’m also at risk for diabetes because of gestational diabetes when my mom was pregnant with me, although I’ve always been pretty skinny
Tradition methods did not break down the grain into such fine powder, that is the synopsis.
fuck off ketard
Why are you eating 270 g of protein? Jesus.
Speak rude, post food
I’m not doing Keto btw. I might just end up there some times but I eat a lot of yogurt along other things which have carbs
>12x 12oz steaks per week
>this is the price of one (1) 12oz sirloin in Australia
How do Americans manage this? How much would all that food cost you?
You shut the fuck up, Chef John is a saint.
Top sirloin is usually around $6 a pound where I live, that comes out to about $13 a kilogram, almost 1/3 of what it costs for you.
Kys carbtard
