It has been going on for a week, how to stop this ?

don't go to sleep at 1 pm, go to sleep at 9 pm, don't ask me to explain just trust me.

just stay up past 1pm and go to bed at a normal time

also doing the fire trick in the pic is really easy you only need a lighter

It's really hard, I sat down for like 2 minutes and boom I fell asleep.

how old are you? do you think you're sharing some knowledge with us when you post this? I did 'the lighter trick' as you call it, when I was 7 years old

Find something you have to do in the morning... I could only get a regular sleep pattern again after taking a bunch of extra college classes in the morning and having to wake up 6:00 am every day except sundays.

The perfect schedule for me is to go to sleep at 7AM. Wake up some time in the afternoon. Have the whole night to myself. Quiet and alone. The perfect time.

drink a bunch of coffee around noon

bruh idk me and my friends discovered it in highschool

agree but I have driving lesson in the morning this week, can't afford that luxury.

Try to fall asleep 1-2 hours later each day, so next time go to bed around 2-3pm. If you need help staying awake, what I found that helps me is to walk around or do some extremely light physical work.

Melatonin pills how is that not original

All nighter my friend. Power through it and stay up until the evening and then go to sleep.
Drink coffee but stop 4-6 hours before bed.

melatonin pills are fucking awesome. even at a low dose, they put me straight to sleep

look like the kind of thing you get addicted to

No it's not, if you use it wisely. You can't even overdose on them. Just don't take it for more than a couple of days to get your sleeping schedule back in order. I guess you can use them for weeks without any side effects, but I never took them for more than 5 days in a row.

i've never heard that but idk, i haven't looked into it much. it never really even crosses my mind to take them, i just have one every once in a while if i need to get to sleep and i'm not tired

I've been taking them literally every day for over 2 years; only normies worry about the side effects of drugs, we're a death cult here on on r9k.

been in the same situation.
sleep all day, stay up till about 3 am then take sleep meds, like zzzquil or some shit.
it should help get your schedule back in order.
do not take melatonin to reset this, it will fuck you up worse.

if you take melatonin at an irregular sleep time it will mess up your schedule.

Sounds fine to me, what's the problem?
