Just start at a nice easy 1500 calories a day. Cut to 5% bodyfat or so then bulk slowly from there :)

As a former skelly I know this feel. Just eat calorically dense shit, it's not rocket science.

The issue is that your abs aren't very big. You need to bulk first and then when you get back to your current bf% you'll see them

with your physique what you wanna do is eat well and balanced either maintenance or slightly over and on days where your workload is high eat over.
getting alot of mass fast is the exact opposite of what you wanna do you. lean is good. just keep cardio up on off days and do bodyweight, calisthenics and lift two to three+ days and slowly advance that while staying flexible. do yoga

Alright, it's just the combination of forcing myself to not eat like a bird and finding shit that I can stomach as well as cooking my own shit is pretty overwhelming. I tried to hit my goal yesterday but I only got to 1500 cals. Feels like shit.

This is OP Im allergic to peanuts and I am also lactose intolerant. I still gain muscle really good without them (my mom tells me how strong I am all the time) but I'm still 6'3" and 130lbs. All I want is visible abs

youll gain a lot of weight but don't expect it to be 100% muscle
in other words youre going to get fat, but for skellys like OP it's fuckin needed.
