I always let bugs hang out in my room or in the house. Silverfish are a good meal for the other insects we have. I'll kill mice, though; they spread disease and can ruin our food.

Yeah I smashed one on the ceiling with a foam roller, it was asleep since it was early in the morning. Left his carcas there so they understand. Sometimes I hit them and they fly away like a chicken with their heads chopped off only to be found dead the next day.
Also is it me or were there lots of flies this year?
