so i cut 80+ lbs in 3 months by eating right, eating less (3 meals, just less in portions), and going to the gym 3 times a week (walking and running in intervals for an hour on the treadmill, working abs and chest sometimes).

i came here for the first time and i read the pointer that's pinned to the top, and found that i was losing weight a little too fast. not szure though; i was 360+ when i started, and am around 265 as i'm typing this.

i'm not here to be a faggot and brag, but rather to ask a question: is there anything that can make running on the treadmill less fucking monotonous and draining? i'm fine, physically. but i've tried listening to different music, watching videos, etc., and i always look down around the 20:00 minute mark and think, "fuck me, barely 1/3 done".

will post new routine if requested.

any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

nice work bro, 80 in 3 months is impressive as fuck. how much are you running distance-wise?

get a haircut dude

started out walk/running less than 2, i'm now around 4 1/2 when i go on the treadmill mon, weds, and fridays

also thank you, it definitely is good to hear that from someone else

hahahahaha i love it too much man. been growing for 4 years now

Nice work, now get a haircut and fix your posture so you can see tittys at some point in your life

youre only losing weight too fast if you goal is to lose more fat than muscle. if your goal is to not be a blimp then by all means go for it.

in that case keep rocking it.

progress is good, keep it up, lets go champ.

Long hair is for women

it was to just lose fat at first, but i adjusted my goals after reading that pinned link. i do a lot more stuff with weights and ab exercises now, and i'm up to 5 days a week.

how to fix posture? i read that exercising arms/back/chest helps this, but is there anything else to do?

Try doing something a little more strenuous than what you’re used to. When I’m in the treadmill I try to make it anywhere from uncomfortable to painfully difficult to go longer than thirty minutes, interval sprints, cranking the incline up to the max it can go, making my own “course” that is just fucked up to look at, etc. keep going though broheim. You’re looking great so far. Maybe try lifting weights too maybe?

When are you shaving and getting a haircut?

great stuff dude, keep it up

many thanks master

maybe i'll become a trap bud

oh i do ramp my routine up a little every week, but i have to make sure i don't absolutely destroy my legs because my job consists of a lot of walking for 8 hours

never m8ey
nah but i'll probably cut my hair at some point; shaving is a different beast. i break out really bad on my neck when i shave, and my bare face looks weird because of my pink-ass lips and this scar i have on the right side of my mouth

much appreciated, i don't plan on stopping any time soon

What was your previous "maintenance" diet? 5000 Calories?

you have no fucking idea. if you want legit average day from back then, i'll give you a list. but yeah, i had to deal with an eating addiction.

>but is there anything else to do?
Yes. Focus on it constantly until it becomes second nature. That thing you're doing with your neck where you push it forward is going to take time but your body should be straight as a board from back of head to heel more or less. Make sure you're sitting properly, sit at the front of your chair, back straight. Good guide to get yourself there is sit with your hands on your knees applying slight pressure while maintaining straight back and neck posture and repeat this every ten minutes to test yourself. Also make sure your monitor, TV whatever you're sitting and looking at is level with you so you can view it with proper posture

FACEPULLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Seriously they fixed my posture

Stick with it boss. I'm on the bike right now, then I'm going to run home. I went from where you started to where you ended roughly, the next part is harder because to lose weight from being super fat to chubby takes low effort. You did it quickly which means you may not struggle with this too much, but going from chubby to actually lean, I have felt, is the hardest thing I've had to do. I'm mostly just a normie when it comes to effort, so that's probably my issue. Just stick with it and keep reminding yourself, THIS IS YOUR LIFE NOW. Push through and realize that the benefits you get from exercise enrich the rest of your life. I'm trying to take the next step and look respectable and exemplary as a young man, and it takes a lot more effort.

Keep at it my guy use those lifelong fat gains to put on some strength and muscle. Also trim the hair to shoulder length it'll look more aesthetic. Just don't rock buns think Brad pitt in Troy.

Hey good for you. You're putting that fat fuck boogie to shame.

Breakup your cardio.

Instead of doing 60min straight do 30 min before working out and 30 min after

Why do so many people do the "fuck me in my asshole in the nearest bathroom stall" hand sign when taking pictures?
