I just ran for .6 of a mile with breaks and it fucking hurts. How do you Jow Forumsfags do this everyday with no issue?

There's this thing called exercising. I'll explain it to you in anime terms, OK?
So, say Goku wants to fight a really strong guy, right? But the problem is, the guy is too strong and will end up beating Goku. What does Goku do? Well, he trains and gets stronger so he can beat the guy.
Exercising is like training, except you're not training to fight a guy, you're just keeping your body and mind healthy. The more you exercise the easier it gets is what I'm saying
Remember when Goku and Gohan spent a full 9 months in a pocket dimension with intense gravity and limited air?
Remember how those real ass niggas sat and trained every damn minute of every damn day?
Yeah if you can't even run half a mile without dying there is a problem. You just disgraced the Saiyan name.
You do it more than once.
I won't call you a faggot because you actually tried. That's more than most people ever do.
Keep doing it and I swear on everything it gets easier, you get more confident in your ability, and it won't hurt much at all. In fact, once you get into a routine, the burn actually feels good. No shit, it really does.
Keep it up, user. We're all gonna make it.
>tfw .52% sayan
You need to channel your inner kamehameha, bro.
STFU I just ran a marathon and i'm pretty sure i shat a little bit of blood.
but desu i feel good, i feel like i could run even more
>running
there's your problem right there. I am trying to get back and shoulders like Jiren and that requires lifting heavy things up and down. I workout 5x a week
fine. I'll tell you how to
It all started 2 and a half years ago. I was lifting very heavy for a 55 kilos kid at the time
But then, suddenly one day while doing inclined chest presses on a machine I heard a crack aloud in my head
My vision went blur for some time. However I continued the workout
From that day forward I haven't stopped growing
My testo levels are godlike now.
How overweight are you? If youre very overweight I'd strongly recommend losing weight via diet before running to avoid injuries. 20lbs makes a lot of difference on your joints and muscle pain, for exmaple. You may need to lose more depending.
Also, simple walking may be a better option that you can do comfortably to help build stamina.Get an pp that counts steps and meet your daily goal, id recommend 7k steps, but if you're feeling moto you can shoot for 10k.
T. Lost 50lbs in 4 months by diet and incremental exercise routines.
If you still go to school, fill your bag with massive fucking books and keep it on your back as much as you can. I've been a massive book reader since I was 11 (which is when I started highschool. Yes I'm a britfag). I used to read massive books and I'm talking Eragon size (good book btw) and always had them in my bag, along with all of my school books, even the ones I didn't need for the day. Now my shoulders are pretty sick and my traps are wicked. I'm not fit, I have fat to burn but damn my shoulders are good.
This is the logic that unironically keeps me in shape. I think back to being 12 and how ashamed I'd be if I let down the sayains
Fuck man I went to the gym 3 days a week for two years
I'm 5'8 155-160lbs
>doing cardio ever
I bet you hit legs to you fucking dyel basedboy
Any tips on changing diet?
How do you suggest someone that overweight lose the weight then. Lifting is just going to make him fat buff
Diet and cardio.
We've got two competing ideologies here boys
Not him but it never started feeling good for me.
I dont have a fucking choice. I thought cardio was a meme but my career is on the fucking line. Gotta be able to run 1.5miles in 8ish minutes or i am fucked
I don't do it everyday, for starters. Also, what time of day are you running and where are you? Excessive heat really takes it's toll on willpower and it's dangerous. Night is generally better to run as the sun shining directly on you adds 15 degrees Fahrenheit to perceived temperature.
Overall, this guy is correct. Keep at it. I wouldn't expect you to a marathon tomorrow but push yourself a little further everyday and remember to bring water, heat stroke is nasty.
5'8 @ 155-160lb is not overweight
>chairforce
>doing anything physical
nice meme
PT is no joke, man.
Set a goal weight
Calculate your Basal Metabolic rate and eat a little less than that every day AND exercise in some way, such as walking 7k-10k steps etc
If a cofee drinker, learn to love black coffee. Salt helps with the bitterness.
Switch to diet pop if you drink pop, pretty much mandatory.
Track everything you put in your face hole. Literally everything. Theres a lot of great apps out there that have surprinsgly large databases of nutritional values for food. Even if it doesnt have calories (ie diet pop) it still helps to track it.
Drink more water than you do already.
Weigh yourself as much as you like and track it with google fit etc, it will, kotivate you tremendously as you see the downward trend.
Stay positive, it happens faster than you think!
Nah I've been running 6 to 8 miles a day for over year and "the burn" still makes me feel like shit and I feel like death after the gym. It comes down to how a persons body responds to pain, their tolerance, and a person's endorphin levels. For some people it will never feel good.
>.6 of a mile
>with breaks
>it fucking hurts
Youll get there, my homie. Just do a little bit more, every day.
