Former 6'3" 130lb skelly, also had to force myself to eat. Felt sick after almost every meal due to eating too much and barely hitting 2k calories a day. Milk helps a lot for getting calories and protein. I probably drink 1k calories a day on average.

I am trying to. Stuff renders me incapacitated for an hour even if I drink it real slow. It's a struggle but I'll get there eventually.

Former fat retard here. It's definitely harder to bulk than cut. For cutting I literally just ate less and did 70% effort of my normal workout and I went from 228 to 209 in a month. I'm spending less money and I drink a fuck ton of water which helps my skin.

Now I know once my cut is over at the point where I have abs, the bulk is going to be a extreme uphill battle, I'm going to have to work harder, not only in the gym but in life to afford the extra food and I'll have watch my gains extremely carefully, because as soon as I go over I'll start gaining fat again.

I was skinny for my entire teenage years and never had any problems because of it, I could still jump, climb trees, get pussy, etc with little to no problem, and for the most part I was happy. If you’re fat, you can’t do any of those things, are in pain almost constantly, you smell fucking terrible all the time, and you look like shit. So no you fucking mong, getting recognition for getting bigger/escaping skeleton mode would make you complacent, lazy, make you rest on your laurels. Which is exactly what you don’t fucking need.
