No worries bro just a set back. Yesterday I did the same. Binged on two packs of pop tarts and 2 packs of this peanut butter stick thing, and this potato and beef stew thing. Was tasty but regrettable. You just gotta take it for what it is, a setback and knowing you’ll do better next time. You can’t let yourself get demotivated that’s what’s gonna make it worse, and you can’t make it worse than it is. Just gotta get back in the wagon and follow your excercise and eating routine again.
