Chuck rice in rice cooker, add water.
Chuck chicken breast in sandwich press.
Chuck microwaveable steamed vegetable packet in microwave.

Add together on plate, add salt and pepper and hot sauce.

Chuck 300g tuna in bowl
Chuck 300g cottage cheese or quark in bowl

Mix and consume, use crackers if you want.

Fry 4 eggs
Fry 150g bacon
Toast 4 slices bread

Apply eggs and bacon to bread, add salt pepper and preferred sauce.

Take a multi, take fish oil, try and cram a rainbow of vegetables and a serving of fruit into your diet. Keep it simple.

This is perfect lazy food.

White rice with scrambled eggs and egg whites. Adjust the ratios of the ingredients to hit the desired macros for the meal.

creamy sardine soup, served cold

Six egg omelette

Sick fucks

rice, beef, frozen veggies, fried eggs and Sriracha sauce. 4-5 times a day.

Sounds solid except for the shakes. You can meet your protein requirements from whole foods.

Thought I'd post here instead of shitting the board up with another thread, but why do I never see the Paleo diet discussed/recommended? It's always the retarded keto meme. Surely Paleo's gotta be a better alternative? Unless it's retarded for other reasons.

Why avoid carbs to begin with? It's just as memeful as keto

not that guy but I actually had a hard time eating "enough" when I started working out. This is coming from someone that was trying to lose weight not gain it.
I was living off a greasy high calorie diet that when I switched to chicken, rice, and veggies, eggs etc I could barely eat 1800 calories a day, because the volume of food was so much more. I usually had shakes because it was easier to drink my protein than eat it.

I make this once a week. Ends up costing me about $15 for 6 or 7 meals. If you use bbq sauce get Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle.

Makes me salivate just thinking of it.

if you are a broke college student that's too much of an idiot to cook real things, you can make beany eggs

1) open a can of beans and drain about half the bean water, doesn't have to be precise

2) cover a saucepan/small skillet with cooking spray, dump the beans in there, add spices if the beans aren't already spiced, hot sauce, and 2-3 eggs

3) cook it over medium heat, stirring it regularly, until most of the bean water has evaporated

4) add shredded cheese to the top of it, cook for another minute or two until the cheese is melted

5) eat directly out of saucepan to spite platecucks

total time 10 mins to cook, 600 cals 40g protein

Chicken thighs, rice, kimchi.

what are you a jew or something?

Irishfag here, turkey burgers are 4 for €3.50, 100g protein, 500 cals. Tub of greek yoghurt, €1.20, 50g protein. Keep eating brown rice, broccoli and grated cheese to fill in the rest. Porridge with honey and peanut butter for breakfast, frozen grapes for dessert.

What are some good, cheap fit approved crock pot recipes?

Looks good, gonna try this
