I try to increase weight as often as I can, but I'm on a p harsh deficit so it doesn't always work out. I also fast during the first day of my two day rest. Do you think this routine is missing something important or does it look ok?
If you are a girl who doesn't want to work her upper body much then this is fine. Add some cardio to it though.
If you are a man this is a shit tier work out and you should be ashamed.

I have some hip issues so it's hard for me to go heavy on Romanian DLs without feeling like I'm going to snap myself and I'm unsure about my conventional DL form as well so the leg curl machine allows me to heavily load the hamstrings without having to worry about first focusing on my form and core as I do during deadlifting.
I plan to eventually phase them out, but it's a useful machine.
