Who cares? What really matters is your progress after a couple years
Thanks guys :)
Are you a woman or child?
Im actually 400 lbs at 3% bf but nice try kid
A man (female)
depends on the form really, pulling 285 only matters if you aren't bent over
I'm an 18 year old boy (female)
yes.
You didn't count the bar and first plate, right?
I started training legs around 4 months ago and i can only rdl 220 lbs for 8 reps, is it okay?
Yeah, that's pretty good. Keep it up broski
I saw a grill yesterday lifting 225 the other day. Legitimately was impressed.
thanks user
(btw i started training 1 year ago but never did legs til now lmao)
RDL is an assistance exercise for full deads, it’s not something you should try going heavy on.
Girls in my gym routinely lifting 150-160kg
but i dont do deads, i understand its just an assistance exercise but i dont want to focus on my legs too much
...why?
tires me a lot, im a manlet so big legs look ridiculous, bars in my gym are shitty so i dont trust loading them that much.
I do zercher squats and rdl 2 times a week ig its okay
>in the 1000lb club
>200lb deadlift
i dont know how to feel
