Even series for male audience have more female fans (Attack on Titan, Naruto, Boku no Hero Academia), becuase nowadays authors have to include fanservice for women if they want to sell merch with male characters or blu-rays. Hm, I think you will enjoy Sakamichi no Apollo a lot. I would also recommend Nana, it is definitely very girly, but it is a realistic slice of life without many boring shoujo motives/romance. If you enjoy aesthetic of Cowboy Bepop, I am sure you will also like Bubblegum Crisis, Outlaw Star and Michiko&Hatchin.

And even looking at titles like One Piece or Naruto, which sell the most, you can definitely tell that they weren't made exclusively or even mainly for men, they don't cater to anyone in particular, having fanservice for both males and females. Yes, they are published in shounen magazine, but so is Kuroshitsuji and Haikyuu. It also reflects in sales, females but these popular titles as much as males, or even more than them (Attack on Titan)
